Our Story

Paco Tacos ATL began not in a brick-and-mortar restaurant, but as a vibrant food truck in 2021, driven by a passion for authentic Mexican street tacos. The co-owners, Paco and his brother Hosea, brought a family tradition of making tacos from their time in California to the bustling city of Atlanta.

Their dedication to crafting delicious, high-quality street tacos quickly earned them a reputation for having some of the best in the city. This success allowed them to expand from their popular food truck operation to a physical restaurant located in the Grove Park community of Atlanta.

More than just a business, Paco Tacos ATL has woven itself into the fabric of its community. They've become known for their generosity, particularly in supporting the local homeless population by ensuring no one goes hungry. This commitment to giving back has fostered a strong, mutual relationship with the community, leading to widespread acceptance and support.

As a growing small business, Paco Tacos ATL has also been proactive in seeking guidance for expansion, working with organizations like the Grove Park Foundation to receive technical assistance in areas such as securing capital, hiring talent, and digital integration. They've also secured catering opportunities through these partnerships.

Paco Tacos ATL's journey is a testament to the power of family tradition, entrepreneurial spirit, and deep community roots. Their goal is to continue serving the Grove Park community and greater Atlanta for years to come, offering authentic Mexican street eats with a focus on fresh ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere.
